While the "America Mobilizes" gallery is closed for construction, take advantage of these great resources that tell the story of the United States entering the war in 1917.
Videos:
Rapid Fire videos include commentary about some of America Mobilizes highlights, including Uncle Sam and Joan of Arc, dough boy uniforms, knitting, women in WWI and more.
Onsite:
Many artifacts like those in America Mobilizes can be found on the Lower Level in our newly opened Bergman Family Gallery. This Open Storage Center opened in May 2023 and contains an additional 1,500 collection items viewable on a coastline of glass shelving.
